WE know that iPhone is great device and we can use it for any purpose. Let’s take my voice, I use it for listen to songs, play videos, gaming, chatting, social networking, and video calling and especially I use it as a safeguard while I go to fishing or marine drive.

I have installed Boater Beacon App in my iPhone, because this application offers personal safety while I am on the fishing or bating trip. Boater Beacon is low-cost Boating Safety iPhone application, which is easily available via iTunes.
I would like to explain some features of Boater Beacon App.
1. Current Location
Everyone knows that weather and water is unsure object and it can turn into worse anytime. The application allows you to see your current location (longitude, latitude), so you can seek help by calling or sending your friends or relatives.
2. Boat Party
Boat Party allows you to send email / text to friends and invite them to have a party on boat! Sounds crazy! And it’s really crazy!! ☺
3. Torch
This is simple and very useful feature, which let iPhone owner to use flash light as a torch in a dark position. ☺
4. Weather
This feature will display current weather information based on your current location. This application uses NOAA web services to get accurate weather information.
5. Radio
This feature allow user to listen to radio station for weather information as per state and city.
6. Tides
TIDES feature displays all stations available for tides weather information provided by NOAA service. You can select station for which you want to see tides weather.
7. Radar
This function will allow you to gather radar images based on selected state and city.
8. Helpline
This is very useful and important feature of application. It allows you to ‘call help’ to pre-defined help number. If you want to email for help "EMAIL HELP" feature will send email to pre-defined email contacts.
